Lakeview's leadership team is made up of staff members who are responsible for leading the church and ministries according to the pattern laid out by God in the Bible.
Tim Miller
Lead Pastor
Jesus saved me at a very young age. I grew up in the church as a Pastor’s kid, and I fell in love with church ministry when I was in middle school. I met my wife when I was 15 and we now have 5 beautiful children. I’ve been at Lakeview since January of 2010 and I absolutely LOVE this church family. I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of South Florida, and completed my Mdiv at New Orleans Seminary. I love Jesus, my family, and my church. I'm also a die hard fan of the Jacksonville Jaguars. I thank God every day for how much he has blessed me!
Todd Kearney
Director of Student Ministries
Growing up in and out of church, even after experiencing God, I turned away to pursue the world. My heart and future was dramatically changed in my early twenties when I finally gave my life to Christ, and meant it. What started as a passion for serving and volunteering in youth ministries for almost a decade is what ultimately brings me here after leaving a completely different career path. I met my wife at a bible study in 2018, and we have two dogs that we incorporate in as much as we can.
My goal as The Director of Student Ministries is to create an environment that edifies students and their relationship with Christ. I plan on doing this by constantly reminding them of the love and grace God has for us, break down walls of incorrect concepts or ideas they may have about who Jesus is or what is means to be a Christian, growing past hurt or struggle and directing it in a way to glorify God, and helping them find their true identity in Christ.
Mary Adam
Director of Kids Ministries and Operations
As Director of Kids Ministry and Operations, I plan and implement Bible studies and Sunday programs for babies through 5th grade students and oversee the day to day operations at Lakeview.
Sara Auger
Worship Director
I’ve grown up in the church and music has always been a part of my life. I served in many church choirs and praise bands and I eventually pursued a career in music. I graduated with a B.S. in Music Education from the University of South Florida and taught elementary music in Hillsborough County before transitioning to being a stay at home mom. I have 4 fantastic children with my husband Matt, and I get the spend my days homeschooling them!
Music is such an essential part of worshipping and communing with the Lord. I’ve always felt a deep, closeness with God when I am praising Him through song. I’m excited to share my heart and knowledge of music with the congregation at Lakeview. My prayer and hope is to draw people closer with God and fellow believers to ultimately bring God all the glory!
